Who's out there wanting to learn to drive auto ? I have lessons available week days and weekends 🛻🛻🎉

DID YOU KNOW there are 2 types of driving instructors? 🚗💡

(Not including the illegal ones who have no badge at all!)

✅ Green Badge Instructor – a fully qualified, experienced driving instructor. If they have a page, you’ll often see all their pupil passes with their car and branding in the background. This shows a proven track record. A good rule of thumb: recent passes = confidence in their teaching.

✅ Pink Badge Instructor – a trainee instructor who has passed Part 2 and is learning the ropes. This doesn’t mean they don’t know their stuff, but they may have limited experience compared to green badge holders.
That’s the main difference, folks! Always check the badge before hand.

Either way make sure they have a pink or green badge.

Guess whoooo’s only gone and passed her test… KAMILA!! 🎉🚗
We spent a few hours on Saturday brushing up on a few things before today. Kamila was absolutely panicking about her test — no amount of reassurance would convince her that the examiners at Currie TC are just normal people doing a normal job… just like me.
Fast-forward to after the test and Kamila says:
“OMG, that guy was so nice. I was calm the whole time… almost.”
Then followed by:

“By the way, I shouldn’t have passed because I hit the kerb…”
Kamila… it was one minor 🤣 for scraping the kerb.
A well-deserved pass — proof that nerves lie and preparation works. 👏

Well done and safe driving

Son no.2 passed his test today in Galashiels 🥳☃️❄️
