CIA Fire & Security Limited is a leading fire & security business based in Cirencester, Gloucestershire. Our systems can be seen all over the United Kingdom and parts of Europe. We pride ourselves in installing and maintaining bespoke security and fire protection solutions utilizing the latest proven technology. Since 1982 CIA has evolved from a one man operation into a successful company with over 60 members of staff. We have developed a strong reputation of providing a fantastic level of service, reliability and uncompromising expertise. Following the acquisition of companies in 2011, 2013 and 2019, CIA has been successful in delivering clients with a wider range of amenities, supported by a reliable and dedicated 24 hour service team. In order to provide the best possible service, we invest in the training of our team. Each member of staff is subject to a bespoke CIA training programme supported by Gloucester College, Yeovil College and the Skills Partnership. CIA is proud to be BAFE SP203 approved and NSI Gold accredited for both security and fire alarm systems. CIA is certified by ISO 9001:2008, which highlights our commitment to excellence. We are on the approved register of installers for over 35 different constabularies within the UK and Ireland.

We’re growing our team and on the lookout for a Service Co-ordinator to join us at our Cirencester HQ.

This is a varied, fast-paced role where you’ll help keep our Service & Maintenance Team running smoothly. From managing engineer diaries and booking visits, to speaking with customers and keeping jobs on track, organisation and communication will be key.

You don’t need previous experience in the security industry, and administrative experience is beneficial rather than essential. We’ll provide full training to help you settle into the role.

The position is full time Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm, with a range of benefits.

CIA Fire & Security are looking for a Senior Fire & Security Engineer for a Dedicated Key Account to deliver planned maintenance, reactive service calls, remedial repairs, and customer-facing engineering work across key client sites.

You’ll be hands-on with fire alarms, intruder, CCTV, and access control systems, keeping critical sites protected and compliant. You’ll also be the trusted point of contact for key accounts, making sure every system performs exactly as it should… no pressure.

You’ll need experience in multi-discipline systems engineering, solid fault-finding skills, Gent qualification, and the ability to manage your own workload across multiple sites.

The event is open to over 18s and tickets are just £10.

We’ve been blown away by the success of our recent recruitment campaigns.

Over the past few months, we’ve welcomed new staff across IT, accounts, business development, and all branches of engineering. Every single recruit has brought a wealth of experience and knowledge to the company, and they’ve all quickly become valued members of the team.

We managed to gather some of our newest colleagues for this photo, although there are still a few faces missing. With a busy team working across the region, getting everyone together at the same time is easier said than done!
