Join us for the launch of our brand new Cotswold Cold Case Club at Heart Safe Community Academy, where you’ll gather the evidence, examine the clues, follow the leads and work together to solve the mystery! 🧩📁

This October, join us at Heart Safe Community Academy for a cosy two-part craft workshop where you’ll create your very own collection of adorable air dry clay ghosts!

Over the two sessions you’ll be able to shape, decorate and personalise your ghosts, creating something completely unique to take home ready for Halloween. 🎃✨

💪 NEW THIS OCTOBER – MOVE WELL CLUB! 💪

We’re really excited to introduce something brand new from The Cotswold Coach…

💚 MOVE WELL CLUB 💚

A friendly, welcoming small-group class designed to help you move better, feel stronger and stay confident in everyday life.

This isn’t about intense workouts, keeping up with everyone else or feeling uncomfortable in a busy gym.
It’s about moving at your pace, having some fun and helping your body stay strong and active.

Each 45-minute session will include a varied mix of:
💪 Gentle strength exercises
⚖️ Balance & stability
🌿 Mobility & flexibility
🎯 Coordination
🏋️ Light weights & resistance exercises
🪑 Seated & standing options
❤️ Strength for everyday life

And with a maximum of just 10 people per class, we can keep the sessions friendly, supportive and personal.

☕ We’d also love Move Well Club to have a social side, so there’ll be an opportunity to stay for a cuppa and a chat afterwards!

Would you know what to do if a baby or child suddenly became unwell or had an emergency?

Join us at Heart Safe Community Academy for a friendly, practical Baby & Child First Aid session designed especially for **parents, carers, grandparents and families

During the session we’ll cover:

You don’t need any medical background at all — just come along, ask questions and learn simple practical skills that could make a real difference in an emergency.
