Our STORM Team – Special Team Of Role Models will be getting together today for another leadership session with our Owner & Chief Instructor, Victoria Foote. 👊

STORM is about developing the confidence and skills young people need to become great leaders in their school, friendships and wider community. ❤️

During our monthly sessions, our young leaders learn about:
🗣️ Communication
🎯 Confidence & focus
🤝 Teamwork
💡 Problem-solving
👥 Leading by example
💪 Resilience & responsibility

And because we believe the best way to learn is to do, there’s always plenty of practical work too! Our fun communication drills challenge the team to listen, think, communicate clearly and work together. 😄
