Well that’s the last of the junior summer school students heading home.

They’ve had glorious sunshine ☀️, have built incredible friendships 💛 and this morning there were lots and lots of tears. 😭 That sounds like a good summer to us!

Well done to all the team and our brilliant home stay hosts…now to relax (we haven’t had a single week without groups at the school since early January)!

What a great surprise visit this morning from our wonderful Spanish group leaders who came in February and loved the area so much they’ve come back on holiday without the kids!

Goodbye to our final mini-stay school group of the season. They were a lovely group, even when the temperatures reached crazy numbers.

These temperatures might be normal for our students when they’re back in their countries but we just aren’t prepared for it in the UK!

While local state schools are closing for a few days, we are adapting our activities and school environment…

…it was time to get the marquee back out!!! (Well done ladies putting it up in this heat.) 🕶️☀️

It’s great to hear the Corinium Museum got a mention as a must-see attraction. There are so many interesting things to see and our students always enjoy a visit.
