It's National Apprenticeship Week so let's have a look at the role you can expect as an apprentice at Key Steps Day Nursery:

🧸 As an Early Years Practitioner Apprentice, you will support the nursery team in creating an inclusive environment in which all children’s individual needs are met whilst ensuring that exceptional quality childcare is provided to all.
🧸 You will support your team to observe, plan and evaluate development experiences for key children; at times keeping accurate records and maintaining regular contact and communication with parents.
🧸 All training will be paid for by us and you will be a valued member of the team.
