I’ve made many paintings as quiet meditations - here’s one of them which I painted without using brushes. If you’d like to try using painting to de-stress, you can join me in the next “Flow Painting & Mindfulness” course at my Cirencester studio. It starts on Thursday 12 September, for four Thursday mornings. You can find a website link in the profile - the course is available as a weekly course or as two day-workshop in October.
