Stepping Stones Nursery

Stepping Stones is closing at the end of this term.
May we take this opportunity to say Thank you to all our lovely families from over the years for making it what it was!
It's lovely to see you all round and about although some of you are a lot taller now!
Thank you to all the hard working, busy parents that have continued to support us in committee roles and attending fundraising events long after their children have moved on and the Methodist Church who have always had our best interests at heart.
Also a big Thank you to Helen for creating the setting, giving us the opportunity to work in a lovely, supportive environment and providing lovely people to work with over the years.

We have been busy thinking about the special day on Sunday. Surprises to bring home tomorrow.

Lovely stories at the library today.

Lots of listening today, we walked to the train station to look and listen for trains. We made our own trains. We also had fun playing listening lotto!

Lots of stories today on World Book Day. We enjoyed sharing the children's favourite books and dressing up. We also found time to make our own books and bookmarks. We are looking forward to a library visit next Friday for more stories. We enjoyed our stories at Burway Books on Tuesday. We love books!

Busy day today visiting Burway Books for some stories, and playing with boats in the tuff tray, as well as making our own boats!

This week we are collecting items for a "bath and beauty" raffle prize. Please bring donations in all through the week. Don't forget to speak to Anne, Becky or Sam if you would like a table on the day.
