Year 6 water fight fun 💦

Wow! What an amazing few days Year 6 have had making memories! The play of Mission Implausible was a huge success followed by their Leavers assembly, then they headed to the Milky Way and had their Leavers Party. Just the annual water fight to go! Lots of fun had and memories made. Year 6 you have been incredible and we all wish you lots of luck and happiness as you head into the next stage of your school journey!

🎉Year 3 have had a fantastic afternoon of Science making predictions about where a solar oven would be more effective in our school and then testing it.
🍫 We were quite surprised that the most effective place was on the field 🍫

Year 2 had a fantastic time on their trip to Westward Ho! They loved exploring the rock pools, learning from the lifeguards, and discovering more about the local area at the visitor centre.

Squirrels were extremely adventurous today. We were very proud of them. They were amazing and very supportive of each other. A massive thank you to our wonderful helpers without whom we could not go. Thank you as well to the PTA for the money towards the coach and for parents for getting them organised for the trip.

Message for all Year 6 parents:

Leavers Assembly:
We are looking forward to seeing you on Thursday 16th July. Please ensure that you queue outside of the main reception at Chulmleigh College. Primary Staff will then sign you in and due to safeguarding procedures, accompany you to Heywood Hall. Please try to refrain from entering the College building until the Primary school staff arrive. We ask that you arrive no earlier than 13.45 as this will be the college pupils lunch break.
Thank you for your understanding. The children are ready to put on another amazing performance for you… bring your tissues!

Milky Way trip Friday 17th July:
Children are to wear their own clothes and appropriate footwear. Please ensure the children have a packed lunch, plenty to drink and suncream. We will be leaving school at 9.15 and will return to school by the end of the school day.
