Small Group Personal Training.
Team 9:30s (Monday, Wednesday and Friday).
We worked on full body, controlled movements with a spicy 5min conditioning at the end.
This ensures they get stronger, leaner and their heart is healthy.
Overall a better life, with individualized attention.
Liz is an icon!
Started with us a couple of months ago and smashing her small group pt sessions.
Stronger, healthier and happier, now she found the welcoming and results driven gym in Chorley that pushes her, adapting to her experience and level.
