Welcome to Origin Movement, a physiotherapist owned and led company providing Pilates sessions and 1:1 physio advice. Keep reading for more information on our FIRST EVER 6 WEEK COURSE:

▪️Our first 6 week course is designed to be an introduction to Pilates core movements, perfect for total beginners or those with more experience who want to find a new place to move🧘🏻‍♀️

▪️Classes will be on Wednesdays at St Paul’s Church Club in Adlington, starting the 9th September with 5pm & 6pm slots available ⏰ Limited spaces per session so please message to get booked in now!

What a night this will be !

Join us for our St Paul's Last Night of the Proms with the acclaimed Rivington and Adlington Brass Band on Saturday 12th September at 7.30. All the traditional favourites with a few extra nuggets thrown in for good measure. Bottle bar available to help you get in the spirit of the promenaders. There will be no access for wheeled traffic to the Church drive on Thursday 28th May until after 5pm, as the finishing touches are put to the drive.

In future there will be marked bays and hatched areas to help the smooth flow of traffic. Anyone who has been in the drive at a busy time, will realise the importance of this to keep our children (and the rest of us!) safe.

Please don't stop on yellow lines or hatching for any reason, and observe the one-way system round the Church building.
