Want to pick up heavy stuff and things?
The wrist straps are a great tool for those heavy compound lifts. Forearm and grip strength often lags behind the strength of your posterior chain muscles. So adding in a cheeky strap when the grip starts to struggle isn’t a bad idea.
When the grip goes, technique falters. So use straps to keep that tight tekkers whilst picking up heavy AF s***.

I don’t know about you, but it feels like the world has completely fu**ed it. Whatever evil scheme of international f**kery is at play, it’s not okay.
