Feeling motivated this New Year but don’t know where to start? Why not give Zumba Fitness a try? Zumba isn’t about getting all the moves on point and in the right order - it’s about enjoying the music and moving your body along to it for a mega cardio workout. It really is exercise made fun! It doesn’t matter what you do when you get to class - shake, shimmy, wiggle or jiggle as long as you enjoy it! Whatever you do you’re doing more than you would be sat on the couch at home!!!
