CLIENT TRANSFORMATION. THIS S**T IS WHY WE DO IT!

Rob has worked with me for a good while now and as much as I wanted to wait for another couple months before his wedding I think everyone needs to see this progress💪🏼

➡️ Like most, Rob wanted to lose weight, get healthier in general and get back to a weight he was happy with!

❓He didn’t know how to diet effectively and had little knowledge on the nutritional value of foods, how much to eat, when to eat and of course, what to eat!

⭐️ Rob has built up already, a much better understanding of his nutrition, training and that we can all still enjoy things we love like still going to social events without losing all of our hard work👏🏼

➡️ We’re just getting started here but let’s appreciate the weight loss we’ve had already🤯⬇️

👉Robs starting weight was 19 stone 10lbs!

👉He now weighs just 17 stone 2lbs!!👏🏼😱

➡️Now to put this into perspective for everyone, the next time you’re in the gym, go and pick up a 16kg dumbbell in the gym and that is just under what Rob has lost so far🤯

You can see the results on the photos already, keep it up! Well done mate 👏🏼

STOP SCROLLING AND WATCH!

🧠Have a vision - If you don’t have a vision, you’re just aimlessly walking around and you’re never going to end up anywhere. Having a vision will drive you, guide you and even though you might not know the next step yet, you’ll find a way to work towards your vision. If you can believe it you can achieve it.

💪🏼 Put in the work and set goals - Make sure you’re getting up and putting in the work. Something I love to do now is to write out your major goals every morning and reflect on your day in the evening and see what I have done that is going to take me towards my goal and vision and what I could’ve done better or differently.

🕰️ THERE IS NO RIGHT TIME - People always talk about the right time to do this or start something or work on themselves. There is no right time, you think you want to start something in a few months because you’ll be better off then? I guarantee you something else will come up. You want to quit your job and start pursuing your passion but you don’t want to because you’ve got bills to pay? Everyone got bills and no matter if you have no money or all the money, everyone still got bills. TAKE THE LEAP AND START TODAY!

🫵🏼 WE STRIVE THROUGH STRUGGLE - Us humans work at our best, the hardest and the most efficient when we have some sort of struggle or pressure on us to do something. Ever wondered how you did something or achieved something in less than half the time you thought it would take? Or you saved an amount of money you didn’t think you could for a set date? We always come out on top, so ride the wave and the struggle. DON’T QUIT NOW!

🚫 SACRIFICE - Yes you’ll have to sacrifice certain things to become successful or to achieve your vision and goals. None of us are promised tomorrow, so start now and if you want it bad enough, you’ll get it.
