More mud kitchen fun. Pre-School have loved spending time outdoors, getting messy!

Mud, Mud, Glorious Mud! Ladybirds have had so much fun in the mud kitchen today. They've jumped in muddy puddles, made magic potions, hid under the willow archway and enjoyed time together. 🥰

The toddlers in our Butterflies room have had a busy few days. They have planted seeds in the garden, enjoyed a 'Boogie Babies' session, painted with broccoli, explored bugs and insects and joined in a 'Tiny Talk' session where they have learned some new signs.

Good luck to our Pre-School class of ‘26 as they find out their primary school tomorrow. X

They are taking on this incredible challenge to raise money for St Catherine’s Hospice, a charity that provides vital care and support to individuals and families when they need it most.

Pre-School is all set up ready for parents evening tonight.

We are all set up and ready for this term's parent's evening. A great opportunity for parents to see all the fantastic learning from the spring term and catch up with their child's key person to find out about the progress they are making. There is no appointment system and no rush - all of our rooms are open to all the parents to look around. A huge thank you to the brilliant Little Explorers team for their hard work not just this evening but this term - you are amazing, thank you from Nicky x

Pre-School were so excited to have 2 visits from ZooLab a couple of weeks ago. The children were introduced to a snake, Tarantula, cockroaches, gerbil, Tree Frog, millipede, gerbil and Giant Snail. Everyone was very brave and held some of the animals.

Well done to some of our team in Butterflies and Ladybirds for completing their Makaton Early Years workshop last month. This training will support all children’s communication skills and is being firmly embedded into day to day practice. Well done guys!
