🇰🇪💚 What a wonderful Kenya Day at Euxton St Mary’s!

Our children had an amazing time enjoying African drumming and coming together to support CAFOD’s Family Fast Day. Thanks to your generosity, we have raised a fantastic £230! 🥁👏

During my visit to Kenya, I saw first-hand how CAFOD is supporting communities and the difference your donations can make. I met families whose lives are being changed through access to clean water, opportunities to grow food and support to build a brighter future. Their warmth and welcome will stay with me forever.

Thank you to all our families for giving so generously. Every penny counts, and having met some of the people your kindness helps, this feels especially close to my heart. ❤️🇰🇪

Asante sana—thank you so much, from the heart. ❤️🇰🇪

Together in our family of faith, we love, grow and learn.

Together we can help make this world a better place. 🌍

❤️ Day 5: Why choose Euxton St Mary’s? ❤️

📚 Two libraries, endless adventures! 📚

A love of reading opens up a world of possibilities. At Euxton St Mary’s, we’re proud to have two libraries where children can discover new favourites, explore fascinating facts and let their imaginations soar. ✨

Whether it’s a story that makes them giggle or a book that sparks a new interest, we help every child discover the joy of reading. 🥰

❤️ DAY 3 – WHY CHOOSE EUXTON ST MARY’S? ❤️

🌈 A school where every child can feel calm, safe and ready to learn.

At Euxton St Mary’s, we know that children sometimes need a little extra space and support to help them regulate their emotions and sensory needs.

Our dedicated Sensory Room provides a calm, welcoming environment where children can take time to reset, regulate and feel secure.

We are incredibly grateful to our PTFA, whose support has helped us create this wonderful space for our children. ❤️

Because inclusion isn’t about every child receiving the same - it’s about making sure every child gets what they need to flourish.

✨ Every child known. Every child valued. Every child supported.

Together in our family of faith, we love, grow and learn. ❤️

🇰🇪 REMINDER – KENYA DAY TOMORROW! 🇰🇪

A reminder that tomorrow is Kenya Day at Euxton St Mary’s! ❤️🖤💚🤍

Children are invited to come to school wearing the colours of the Kenyan flag – red, black, green and white – in return for a donation to CAFOD.

Following Mrs Noblet’s visit to Kenya this summer, Kenya Day will be a special opportunity for our children to learn more about the communities she visited and how CAFOD works alongside communities to help make a difference.

Thank you, as always, for your wonderful support. 🇰🇪❤️
Children will also experience African Drumming!

🌳 DAY 2: WHY CHOOSE EUXTON ST MARY’S? 🌳

Not all classrooms have four walls… 🍃🌿

At Euxton St Mary’s Catholic Primary School, we believe some of the very best learning happens outdoors!

Our Forest School provision gives children opportunities to explore, discover, create, take safe risks and develop confidence and independence – all while enjoying the wonder of the natural world. 🌲🐞🍂

🌿 Come along and experience it for yourself!

We will be running Pre-School Forest School sessions throughout the year, giving younger children the chance to experience our outdoor provision and get a taste of life at Euxton St Mary’s before they even start school.

❤️ DAY 1: WHY CHOOSE EUXTON ST MARY’S? ❤️

🌟 A place where every child is known and cared for.

At Euxton St Mary’s, your child will never be just a name on a register.

We pride ourselves on knowing our children as individuals – celebrating their strengths, recognising when they need a little extra support and making sure they know there is always someone who will listen.

🌈 Our dedicated ELSA provision supports children’s emotional wellbeing.

🤝 Friendship Clubs help children develop confidence, friendships and a real sense of belonging.

✏️ Drawing and Talking Therapy provides additional support for children who may need help exploring and expressing their feelings.

But most importantly, care and nurture are part of everyday life at St Mary’s.

We want every child who walks through our doors to feel safe, happy, valued and loved – because when children feel that they truly belong, they can flourish. ❤️

🏫 Come and see for yourself at our Open Mornings.

♻️💚 PRE-LOVED UNIFORM 💚♻️

Our pre-loved uniform is available to everyone in our school community - simply help yourself to anything you need ❤️

Our uniform rail is accessible in school at any time, and whenever we can, we’ll also bring items outdoors for families to browse 🫶

Every item has been kindly donated by you, then sorted and prepared by our wonderful volunteers ready to be loved again 🥰

Today, some parents kindly asked if they could make a donation to our PTFA when taking uniform. We’re incredibly grateful, so we’ve opened a link for anyone who would like to make a small, affordable, completely optional donation.

❤️ There is absolutely no expectation to donate - please just take what you need. We understand how quickly the costs of school life can add up!

Please see the link in the comments 😊

Every donation to our PTFA goes straight back into our school, helping to create wonderful memories, experiences and an even better environment for our children 🌟

A heartfelt THANK YOU to everyone who donates uniform, volunteers, contributes or supports our PTFA. Together we’re helping our families, our school and our planet 🌍♻️💚
