We had a amazing day yesterday celebrating our 9yr anniversary with some big belt promotions making the day even more special 😊 Thank you all for coming and it was really nice to have some visitors from come to share the day with us 🙏

Back from a great weekend with some of the team competing in the European masters in Barcelona, we are so proud of everyone that put the training in and stepped onto the mats and really enjoyed the support of the team 👊 thank you all 😊
