What an incredible two days at the 2026 Stagecoach Worldwide Conference, Ignite 🔥

Bringing together Stagecoach Principals from across the globe, networking, new ideas and exciting opportunities in the future for YOU - our students!

The conference celebrated everything that makes Stagecoach special; supporting our young people, building confidence, creating opportunities and fostering lifelong friendships.

Kate won her 20 Year Award as an Executive Principal. Looking back on two decades with Stagecoach, she feel incredibly grateful for the students, families, colleagues and friends who have been part of the journey.

We were also thrilled to see Sophie, our fantastic Chorley Acting Coach recognised with the Best Newcomer Award after setting up her school last year!

Most of all, it was wonderful to spend time with so many friends and colleagues from across the Stagecoach family. The relationships we build through this incredible network are one of the things I value most.

Feeling inspired, energised and excited for what comes next. Here’s to continuing to ignite creativity, confidence and opportunity for young people everywhere. ✨

As a Principal, there are moments that remind you why you do what you do.

Watching one of our youngest students meet one of our oldest was one of those moments last Saturday ❤️

At Stagecoach, children may arrive at four years old full of excitement, nerves and big dreams. Years later, they leave at age eighteen as confident, caring young adults ready for whatever comes next. Seeing those two ends of the journey side by side is incredibly special.

What struck me most was the admiration in one pair of eyes and the kindness in the other. Our older students don’t just develop performance skills; they become role models, leaders and inspirations for the younger generation following in their footsteps.

This photo captures everything Stagecoach is about: confidence, encouragement, belonging and the knowledge that every student, no matter their age, is part of something bigger.

Moments like this make my heart very full. 🖤💛
