🎶 LANCASHIRE YOUTH CHOIR IS BACK 🎶

After the huge success at The Bridgewater Hall last term, we are excited to bring Lancashire Youth Choir back for 2026/27!

We will be performing our Christmas Concert on December 5th 2026 and the next 3 rehearsal dates, listed below, will be in preparation for the concert:

-11th October - rehearsal (10:30am-2:30pm)
-25th October - rehearsal (10:30am-2:30pm)
-29th November - rehearsal (10:30am-2:30pm)
-5th December - concert day (timings tbc)

Venue: All Hallows RC High School, Penwortham, Preston, PR1 0LN

Please note that the LYC is now part of our Silver Membership (£30 a term) and this includes all rehearsals, concerts and some exciting Vocal Academy workshops starting in January 2027.

Booking is OPEN for three special live performances of CBeebies Musical Storyland episode 'Ananse and the Monkeys' on Sunday 11 October 🎶

Join musicians from the BBC Philharmonic Orchestra and storyteller Jan Blake at The Dukes, Lancaster's Moor Space for a funny, musical story from the Caribbean.

AND enjoy a music and song activity led by Note Weavers CIC!

Recommended for ages 3-7, it's a perfect blend of musical and storytelling discovery 🤩

🥁 PERCUSSION DAY 2026 🥁

On Sunday 11th October 2026, we will be hosting our wonderful Percussion Day at St Christopher's CE High School in Accrington 🎉

We will be joined, once again, by Yamaha Artist Simone Rebello, as well as BackBeat Percussion - who will provide support, inspiration and a masterclass in percussion 🤩

Taking part in the event costs £7.50 per young person and consists of workshops, master classes and a performance for family and friends at the end!

🎤 SECONDARY SINGS 🎤

We are extremely excited to welcome back our Secondary Sing’s - taking place on Friday 20th November 2026 🎉

Every year we meet together with hundreds of high school students, sing incredible songs with our live band and make new friends! 🌟🎶
