⚽ Monday Football Fun ⚽

Englands next match is quickly approaching! And we’ll be showing it in school for any children who’d like to watch it with their friends.

Children can come to school in non-uniform, including football shirts/kits or red, white and blue. Those who don’t want to watch the match can enjoy fun activities including outdoor play, arts, crafts and games.

Please – no spoilers for the final score! 🤫

We are still on the hunt for a mechanic, chef and a fashion designer who would come and speak to our Year 6 children about their career aspirations before the end of term.

Little Lions are running their holiday club at Buckshaw over the summer.
There are HAF funded places available for families who are in receipt of vouchers - please see contact details on poster.

We are on the hunt for prizes for our summer raffle which will be held at the summer fair on Thursday 2nd July.

If you can help by donating a prize, either as a family or from your workplace, we would love to hear from you.
If you know any local businesses that would be willing to donate a prize, please let us know.
If you could help outby approaching local businesses, there are some letters which can be collected from the office - we would very much appreciate any help at all.

We are busy making preparations for our summer fair in a few weeks time. The bouncy castle is booked, the donkeys are saddling up and the games and stalls are under construction!

We are looking for donations of the following things:
- Clean soft toys for our teddy tombola
- Sweets and chocolates for our sweetie tombola
- Bottles of anything at all for our bottle tombola
- Recycled gifts
- Prizes for our raffle such as bottles, boxes of chocolates, vouchers or cash donations

On Monday 29th June, we will be holding a non-uniform day and asking each child to bring in something from the list.

If anyone is able to help with the set up, clear up or running of a stall, please get in touch.

We are looking for some new members of our lunchtime team.

The role would involve working each day between 12 noon and 1.15pm and could be either working in the dinner hall to supervise and support children eating their lunch, wiping tables, clearing away chairs and tables, or it could involve being a part of our Play Team and getting involved in our outdoor play activities.
