Todays tip is to drink more water!

Why don't you try and ditch the caffeinated drinks? A high coffee and tea consumption can lead to health problems such as: increased anxiety, increased heartbeat and restlessness.

Today is Transgender Day of Visibility and we wanted to share our support for trans and non-binary people.

The aim of the campaign is for acceptance of each individual in their chosen gender.

As a employer we think people need to stand up and show support for their trans friends, family and colleagues!

Today's is slightly different as we want you to focus on having a healthy mind.

Make sure you set some time away to switch off your phone and reflect. Reflection gives us time to understand ourselves better, who we are and what sort of life we want to lead - you can then use the rest of the week to make any relevant changes to lead a more meaningful and happy life!

🧠 This week is 🧠

A week dedicated to celebrating different minds by understanding the talents and strengths of being neurodivergent.

As a business as our learning mentor Sophie was diagnosed with Dyslexia and Dyspraxia which is why this week we have been celebrating the many positive aspects of being neurodiverse! Sophie brings such a positive attitude into the office with her ability to think outside the box and change the misconceptions of what some people believe about themselves as they learn to live with being unique - as of course, they should be proud of who they are and what they can achieve!

There are hundreds of resources available on the neurodiversity week website including fact sheets, useful strategies, checklist indicators and more to help people gain a better understanding of how they can help to celebrate different minds.
