Meet Kate, my headstrong GODDESS 🤩🤍
Kate and I have only worked together for 10wks, but she has gone on to achieve SO MUCH in this time! 👏🏽
She came to me wanting to regain control in her life, and had a goal of looking and feeling incredible for her holiday to Dubai in October.
Kate is an incredibly busy lady running her own business, but still made herself a priority to get the work done and see that bigger picture. Not shy to working over 10hr days - she still made time to get steps in, plan her meals, and attend gym classes 3/4 times a week alongside PT. AMAZING EFFORT 👏🏽
7kg and a whopping 30.5cm down - she looks absolutely INCREDIBLEEEE 😍
This is just the beginning for Kate, she has the knowledge and foundations on how to structure her days, trains like an absolute animal and leaves nothing unturned. So proud of you gorgeous, massive well done 🤩🤍
KATE’S WORDS
I am shocked at how different I feel in myself already in such a short amount of time whilst also not having to make crazy changes to my lifestyle.
I couldn’t have done it without not only Pez’s knowledge but also her supportive and positive energy that she gives daily and in our sessions together which spurs me on to dig that bit deeper!
The mindset shift that I’ve had since starting in July is insane. I’ve found a new style of training through our sessions which I absolutely love and I’ve also realised just how much starting my day with exercise makes me feel more motivated within myself and work life too.
With Pez I’ve gained an understanding that it’s not just about the way we look, it’s about the way it makes us feel and keeping our bodies fit and healthy.
Making small, simple changes is all it takes and I’ve learnt now that doing it this way is where it becomes a lifestyle change because you start to really enjoy it instead of a quick fix!
Having weekly PT sessions is honestly so motivating and fun 🤩 I’ve learnt so much and I’m
excited to move forward into the coming months, to keep getting stronger and learn more 🫶🏼

HOW TO BE READY FOR A FRESH WEEK AND HOW TO MAKE THE MOST OF IT.
Have a plan. 💪🏽
The saying goes ‘fail to prepare, prepare to fail’.
Have a direction with what you want to do with your week - your training days mapped out, if you’re tracking calories have your meals and snacks organised, allocate time slots to get jobs done. 🤝🏽
Control the controllable.
Have in mind ‘there is no time like the present’
Got tedious jobs you need to do? Sort them. Got people you need to contact? Call them. Why wait? 🤔
Create a better headspace for yourself, this impacts how you are moving through the week.
Big one to also keep in mind: make time for YOU. 🫶🏽
How can this look?
Prioritising sleep. Less screen time. Making time to spend with friends and family. Self care however that looks, I personally love to walk in nature and meditate ☺️

DON’T LET VANITY RULE YOUR LIFE.
Ready for a story? Bit of a read 😅
The left pic of me was after I finished a photoshoot and going for a celebratory meal with my family. The right of me is present day.
There is obviously a physical difference, but what I’m actually thinking and feeling couldn’t be further apart. 🫣
Although on the left you may see me at my leanest, in reality:
- I had been starving myself on 1200kcals daily whilst training around the clock.
- I was losing my hair (never happened in my life)
- I started becoming bulimic due to pressures I put on myself to be a certain weight and body fat %
- I was fainting at work/having regular migraines because I was so weak (whilst I was drinking 4l water daily)
- I’d cry myself to sleep because I was that hungry in bed.
I was completely exhausted. Just for some photos 😔
Funniest thing is.. I threw up EVERYWHERE pretty much straight after my meal because I had been deprived of having a full stomach for so long and I just couldn’t cope. Sod’s law 😂
I brainwashed myself to be scared of calories and macros, I’d cry if I didn’t see a number on the scales, I hated aspects of my body that weren’t changing. 🙈
In the midst of this, I am grateful looking back to have experienced what I’ve been through, because it makes me even more passionate about my work now to stop others falling into a negative association with training. 🙏🏽
Now on the right - I’m 10kg heavier in comparison, but I am HAPPY and HEALTHY. ☺️
Rather than criticising how my body looks, I celebrate it for what it DOES. How hard I train, how strong I am, how my body is keeping me alive. How I have a BALANCED life. 💪🏽
This is the light I always try to shine, love your body and it will love you back. 🫶🏽
You are not defined by photos and what the scales say, but who you are as a person. ❤️
Ps I have nothing against people who do photoshoots or things of that nature. It’s a huge commitment and takes HARD work!
But ask yourself, once those photos are taken, the cut is done and you’re left with nothing to aspire for. Then what? Just another photoshoot?🤔
Don’t let vanity rule your life. See the bigger picture for yourself and for life. 😊

This is Kerry, my queen of consistency! 😍💪🏽
Kerry is one of my OG clients and we have been working together just shy of 2yrs now.
Kerry has gone on such an empowering fitness journey - making herself a priority both for her physical and mental health. 🫶🏽
She is a new woman on so many levels. And no matter what obstacles have been thrown her way, injuries or other - she has always shown up 💪🏽
We have been a force of nature working together, and Kerry still to this day continues to achieve so many things whether it’s milestones, strengths or personal development. She’s amazing! ❤️
Over 10kg down, but it’s not always about the numbers. Kerry knows the bigger picture. You can’t put a price on feeling your most confident self and knowing you’ve earned it! 😎

Training with Pez over the past 2 years has whizzed by, but I realise how much has changed. 😍
My confidence has rocketed inside and outside of the gym - I'm happier and more content in myself physically. ☺️
More improtantly, my headspace has improved massively over the past 2 years - Pez was undoubtedly the initial starting point and driving force behind this ❤️
Pez carries fun and optimism through every single PT session. She loves what she does and she's brilliant at tailoring sessions to your ability - despite the various injuries I have thrown her way!😂

🌴TIPS FROM A PT WHEN GOING ON HOLIDAY 🌴
DON’T SWEAT IT! 😉
Did you really think I was going to give you a full list of tips? 👀
I’ll be real with you all.
How often do you go on holiday in a year?
How hard do you work on yourself outside of going on holiday?
When do you find time to give time back to yourself?
Holidays are there for you to SWITCH OFF from life, but equally ENJOY life. 🫶🏽
You may only visit a place once in your life, do you really want to be limiting yourself to anything once you’re there?
If I could offer the slightest bit of advice..
- Keep your body moving (steps are perfectly fine)
- Let go of anxieties you’re letting yourself go, because you’re not.
- Oh yeah, keep drinking water! I know how boozy some of you get 😂
Very grateful to have experienced Ultra again with my girl (added bonus hitting 20k+ steps a day 😆)

YOUR HEALTH IS AN INVESTMENT, NOT AN EXPENSE. 🤝🏽
Rather than be that person who goes to the gym simply for looking better, see it as your token to living better for longer.
How you move and how healthy you are one of the only things you cant directly buy..
But once you have it, no one can take it away. ❤️
How much value do you truly put on your health? 🤔
Don’t let social media suggest if you don’t have: huge muscles, a visible six pack, next to no body fat or compete in sports that you’re not a healthy person.
Health is so much more than what meets the eye.
Prioritise your health and look after your body for the simple fact you deserve to.
We live in a time where EVERYTHING is more accessible than ever to help us become better people, use it to your advantage! 🙌🏽
You only get one body - celebrate all it does for you, how it fights everyday to keep you alive! 🤟🏽

As another month closes, how do you really feel going in March.. a quarter of the year in?👀

‘Over 10kg lost but it’s the gains for me, my smile, my strength, my confidence, my routine, my health, my new friends and my happiness.’
This is what Holley has summarised when she made the decision to prioritise herself this year to become the most wonderful version of herself. ☺️
Physical, mental, emotional health prioritised.. the hard work was put in and the SMILE* just says it all 😍
‘Never in 29 years have I consecutively done exercise for a year, not only has my mindset and routine completely changed, I’ve achieved things I didn’t know were possible, including a 107.5kg deadlift!’
Holley has committed herself week in, week out to personal training and joining FitBox. She has loved her journey, realised her potential and FLOURISHED since we hit the ground running from February. 👏🏽
