On-site last week carrying out some Face Fit Trainer the Tester training. Great group of guys and really enjoyed the day!

Some much needed fresh air was had today. Bit of downtime to unwind from the few hectic weeks we have had and to ready us for the next few ahead! Stunning 18 hole course . Course was in great condition and playing on to dry summer greens was a shock reminder of how much they can bounce on and off 🙈🤣anyways it wasn’t about the overall score it was simply the enjoyment to be out and playing. Now home to start the weekend slightly early, ready to be fully replenished for Monday! Hope everyone has a fantastic weekend, sounds like we are in for a mini heatwave 🤞

First site of the day over in sunny Liverpool. The sunshine always makes site audit days feel better!

On-site abrasive wheels training for one of our clients. Guys had all previously been trained so this was more of a “refresher” style course. A bit of classroom theory and then quite a bit of practical was involved. Always good to remind yourself about things to look for and methods with regards to checking both disc and machine! All the delegates flew the course and are now fully refreshed! Training isn’t always just to tick boxes, especially with this company. The main concern is the employees safety and it’s so refreshing for us to see an employer taking this approach!

Absolutely fantastic morning golfing ahem I mean networking! Felt amazing to have a bit of time away from the office and paperwork and just soak in some fresh air and feel the 200mph winds on some of those fairways 🤣back to the office now to get everything boxed off for the week. We will hopefully be able to share some exciting news very soon, something that will hopefully open up to CTS to a new range of clients and qualifications! Proud post moment! Finally been able to be passed off and placed on the HSE recognised Occupational Safety and Health Consultants Register as a Registered Health and Safety Consultant. This is only possible for IOSH Chartered and Fellow safety professionals. When I step back and look where I have come from to where I am now, it makes me happy that all the sacrifices have been worth it and drives me for even more moving forward! Great news to get me over the hump day of the week!

A bit of early morning Manual Handling and Ladder Training on-site for one of our clients. Both delegates are new starters and the companies main priority is to get their staff trained straight away! This shows a real consideration for the operatives knowledge and safety in their new workplace! Pleased to say both delegates passed with flying colours! Good luck to them both in their new roles! The day is still young for us so it’s off to a site audit for us! We hope you are all enjoying your Fridays!

Lovely afternoon for a drive to site to drop off the new health and safety file. Even managed to wear an actual short sleeve t-shirt today! How much better does the sun make everything! -shirt

New Health and Safety file being put together ready to deliver to our newest onboarded clients. They wanted a full hit of everything from Policies to RAMS to HAVS Monitoring documents etc and we obliged in a super fast turnaround time. We will be hand delivering this to site tomorrow and spending some time going through everything with the company directors!

Received these last night from 2 of my delegates from my week long SMSTS! Honestly makes our day things like this. The small things that make you realise what you are doing and how you are doing it are appreciated! We love our job and will always put 110% effort into all of our delegates on every course to ensure they feel comfortable and if we can maybe even having a bit of fun along the way! What a great way to end what was already a great week! Many thanks again gents!!
