Another great turnout at the Ladies Only Boxercise earlier tonight with 19 attending and enjoying a good workout. Trying my best to mix it up and vary the workout each week.

We've had some more newcomers join us in the last two weeks, which is great.

With a few regulars who were missing tonight and more people asking about joining this has the potential to a very busy session.

Great to be back for the Ladies Only Boxercise, we had the first session of 2023 earlier tonight and there was a great turnout!

A nice little workout on the punchbags with some exercises thrown into the mix before finishing with a quick blast working in pairs on the pads.

Superb effort from all the ladies. The caption below might be wrong, I think there might be some sore muscles tomorrow 😂 but you get the idea. 😉

Absolutely fantastic turnout tonight, 25 ladies enjoyed a workout on the punchbags. Nice to see more newcomers joining us too. A once round the exercise circuit at the end to finish the session.
