🚔 What a fantastic visit from Lancashire Constabulary fi****ms officers and our local PCSOs! 🚔

The children had an amazing opportunity to learn about the important work that the police do in our community. They were excited to try on different uniforms, hats and helmets used by the officers and even got to sit inside the police vehicle and use the radios!

Our local PCSOs then told us about who the police are, how they help us and when it is appropriate to call 999 in an emergency.

A huge thank you to Lancashire Constabulary and our PCSOs for taking the time to visit us and provide such a memorable experience for the children. 👮‍♂️👮‍♀️

To kick off our new topic, "People Who Help Us", we were delighted to welcome Dr Taylor from Stonebridge Surgery to preschool today! 🩺👩‍⚕️

Dr Taylor brought along her doctor's bag and showed us all the different equipment inside. The children were fascinated and loved having a closer look at the tools doctors use to help people.

Thank you, Dr Taylor, for taking the time to visit us and helping us learn more about the important role doctors play in our community. 😊
