Repairs for Survey Reports – ‘see it, say it, sort it’

When surveyors report on necessary repairs arising from defects, accurate indications of likely works help a customer’s buying process so your customer’s contractors can accurately price the repairs. Many customers additionally find an assessment of likely costs helpful; surveyors offering such a service can charge an additional fee. This course will help develop these competencies, including case studies to work through together.
Services in residential properties – assessing, reporting, adding value

Building services are elements that present surveyors with special issues. Some clients find a blanket ‘CR3 – further investigation’ approach unhelpful and uninformative; however given litigation, such an approach is perhaps understandable. The course helps address these issues and includes case study exercises to help develop competencies to address the issues involved.
