Lavender Grove Social Care Agency is dedicated to providing care of the highest standard.

We are a dedicated group of people who see the service we offer as more a family than a business. Lavender Grove Cares is made up of two services, our Children's Residential Homes and our Social Care Agency. At Lavender Grove Social Care our team of specialist Family Support Workers and Registered Social Workers are here to help the community, Families and Care Providers working with Children, You

ng People and Adults of all ages with complex needs and challenges. Our vision at Lavender Grove Cares Residential Homes is to provide a safe family environment, providing care above and beyond across all levels to give our children the best chance to develop into confident, happy, individuals.

At Lavender Grove we look after our staff as much as we look after our children. 💜

Working with Children and Young People who have experienced trauma, pain and abuse in a calm, consistent and caring manner can be challenging so along with training and 24/7 support we will offer reflective supervision, access to therapeutic support, monthly health and wellbeing treatments and opportunities to feel rejuvenated by short breaks in our beautiful cottage in a therapeutic rural setting.

On arrival all our children receive the Lavender Grove ‘Milton Moves Home’ children’s guide along with a lavender filled Milton teddy bear welcoming them to their new home. 💜

Milton is a happy little teddy filled with lavender, releasing a calming and relaxing aroma….perfect for cuddling up to watching your favourite film! 🍿

Our mission is to build upon our Residential and Step-Up to Independence Homes and to remain involved with our children once they transition into adulthood. 💜

Our care at Lavender Grove will not stop when the children leave their placements, we offer after care support with finding accommodation, college and work placements to help our children grow into adult life. 🙌🏼

Our children will always be a part of the Lavender Grove family. 💫

“I am a residential support worker for this company and I love the ethos snd family values. We have support from our manager snd deputy manager and eveyone is involved in making sure that we work together for our children.
The rota is great working 15 hour shifts and it allows free time to spend with our own families. You work three on two on, three on and so forth. It gives me time to spend with my own family and plan holidays around the shift pattern.
We get employee of the month which is a nice little bonus when you least expect it.
We also get to eat in the home during our shifts. Breakfast lunch dinner and snacks. I am very happy here :)”
