🏉 On Wednesday we had a lovely visit from Rugby Tots!

The children had such an amazing time learning how to hold a rugby ball, practising their throwing and catching (great for developing those gross motor skills 💪), before taking on obstacle courses and scoring lots of tries! 🌟

A huge thank you to Rugby Tots and Katie for joining us. The children had an absolute blast! Your session was so much fun, engaging and brilliantly run – we can't wait to welcome you back! 💙

Safe to say we might have a few future rugby stars in the making... watch this space! 😉🏉

Thank you to all our lovely parents and families for joining us on our annual trip to Bowood. What a truly special day it was!

We hope the children had the best time exploring, playing and making memories together — the staff definitely enjoyed themselves too (turns out the slides and seesaws are just as fun as the children say! 😄)

We really appreciate you all coming along and making it such a lovely experience.

🌊 World Ocean Day at Preschool 🐠

On Monday we marked World Ocean Day with lots of ocean themed activities.

The children enjoyed using sticks to catch colourful sea creatures and ocean treasures, helping to develop their hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills. They also created colourful fish pictures using pegs and explored a very exciting outdoor obstacle course inspired by life under the sea.

We talked about different ocean animals, and how we can help look after our oceans.

A fun day of learning, exploring and playing together! 💙

Welcome back to our final term of preschool! 🦕

There’s been lots of excitement as the children got hands on decorating our giant cardboard dinosaurs with paint covered pompoms - a big, fun, messy activity full of imagination!

While they were busy creating, they were also building important early skills: strengthening their shoulders and arms, developing coordination and control through large movements, and growing confidence as they explored colour, texture, and teamwork together.

Dinosaurs are a big favourite with many of our children, so it’s been wonderful to see their interests leading the learning and bringing so much joy to the room. 🦖✨

This is what preschool looks like here — playful, creative, and full of meaningful learning through fun.
