🥇With competitions and gradings this month, let's get those sessions in.

‼️If you would like a one to one before school starts back, I have availability on Friday to go over patterns, sparring, padwork and more.
Unfortunately I've had to raise the price of one to ones to £40 for the hour but I think the benefits of this more detailed training, still far outweigh the cost.

Hey guys, classes are back today and as its the last week of the holidays, we are keeping with the summer timetable.

5.30 ALL little ninjas
6.30 Junior Taekwondo
7.45 Adults

Grading will be later this month so its full steam ahead with practise and sharpening up ready 👍👊

Well thats summer training camp 2026 done and dusted.
We had a whole range of weather and challenges but we made it through👊
A huge thank you to everyone that was a part of it, you guys are the very best.
Thanks to Alison, Darren, Josh, Michelle and laura for taking on the food prep. You did an amazing job!
Thanks to everyone that helped out in some way...putting up tents, scoring, judges, helping with training on the beach etc
There were so many great things about the camp but ultimately the commoraderie and seeing everyone together was what camp is all about.
Little ones running the mile to the beach or older ones taking younger students under their wing is so great to see.
This was by far our biggest camp so it was a learning curve for me and has given me lots of ideas for next year to really bring the best to the weekend.
We have once again provisionally booked out the whole site again for next year and have been given the go ahead to have a big marquee on site as a central hub for everyone to meet and eat etc which will be a great addition.
Bookings can be made now directly to Prattshayes Campsite by phone or email quoting the Woodland booking for August Bank holiday 2027.

Good morning everyone, it was great to be back with you last night. My thanks again to everyone thats covered classes while this bug has been kicking my butt.......twice😬😓

Don't forget we are closed next week as we make our way to Summer training camp in Exmouth.

When we return in September we have competitions, shows to demonstrate and grading for those students who have been training hard and are ready!

Tonight we have weapons with Laura Kingman, and Fin Jones from 6 -7 and with competitions coming up, get in and get your practise in.
At 7.00, the session will cover patterns and then sparring with the competition rules in place.
Again an ideal session to make sure you are grading and comp ready
