than ever recognising the importance of health and happiness in the workplace and the correlation with attrition rates and absenteeism. Whilst the world of Coaching and Mentoring is known to many, and is rightly increasing in popularity, there continue to be huge gaps and inconsistencies in the level of service on offer around the world. In my own career, I felt uneasy taking advice from professionals that hadn't experienced life in the real world. Don't get me wrong, having a great education is very important but there's nothing quite like the experience of walking the walk! Three years down the line, it turns out I was right to start on this rewarding journey. I now have a wide ranging base of very satisfied clients that use my Holistic Coaching and Mentoring methods and services. Wellbeing Executives isn't just about health, although it should be very high on everyones agenda. It's certainly not about a personal crusade to change the world and everyone in it. No, simply put, it's about offering educated clients/individuals the opportunity for a sustainable and disciplined performance which, in my view at least, equates to progress and Holistic Wellbeing; not forgetting the one constant WE all strive for, happiness!
