We have Spring Equinox coming on Monday with the opportunity to take a great leap into our greater self.

Usually, when we step out of our comfort zone it can feel like jumping off a cliff with no parachute, but now the whole universe is coming to support you, so you can safely land on steady ground.

To honour this on Monday we'll be doing a meditation to help us:

Balance your energy
Increase your intuition
Open your heart
Expand and elevate your consciousness

How is it going? Well I hope!

Carrying on from the last newsletter on the amazing gift of hope, and how it can immediately lift us out of a despair spiral or a gloomy perspective.

However, sometimes if our subconscious is overloaded to the point where we are feeling depressed, anxious, or overwhelmed we need some bigger power tools to clear all debris out!

So I noticed with some minds that hope can be used as a tool not to take the action that we need to, this then leads to depression, anxiety, and overwhelm.

It creates stagnation in the energy body which will eventually lead to pain and disease โ€“ notice how everything in nature is either growing or dying.

It's really easy for our mind to get stuck in hoping things will get better, apathy or all the coping stories well tell ourselves, like I'm fine, itโ€™ll be ok, Iโ€™ll do it next week etc. I'll have a holiday and then I'll be ok.

This causes massive tension in the EMBF โ€“ energy, body, mindset and frequency. When we make decisions from fear not love it never ends well, even if it means we take the same action.

For example deciding to heal your anxiety, low self esteem or making healthier lifestyle choices because you are worried about getting kidney disease, a heart attack or dementia will get you taking action but the fear will have a negative impact on your body.

BUT obviously, this is far better than no action, and if you pick the right path it will start to eliminate those disturbing feelings.

๐ŸŒŸ๐ŸŒŸ๐ŸŒŸ

Deciding to do it because you want to experience your True Nature (the love, bliss, fearlessness etc) (which is our whole point for being here) will have you excited and energised.

We can then move past all the endless excuses the mind has like I'm too busy, or I'll start next month.

We can make the decision today to step into our greatness โ€“ why wait?!

Only fear and our old conditioning will tell us to postpone!

This is another superpower I love along with tenacity and grit.
Most people haven't fixed their problems because they haven't truly decided to.

So really committing to finding a way out is essential.

Then the mind will start getting creative and find solutions rather than being fixed on excuses and self-sabotaging.

Our natural state of being is unbreakable and resilient, and always open to limitless possibilities - but that pesky mind can tell us there is no way out!

When we pause and take a breath (take a long slow deep one now!), in the stillness we can feel that inner knowing that we can create a life we love, one of freedom, contentment, and joy.

Getting into that energy of doing whatever it takes opens everything up, because there is a way through every block, and there is always a way for the committed.

๐“๐š๐ค๐ข๐ง๐  ๐ข๐ญ ๐ง๐ž๐ฑ๐ญ ๐ฅ๐ž๐ฏ๐ž๐ฅ

Once we get out of the lower levels of energy we can see that hope can be a pattern in the mind.

When we live as our higher self we are open to all experiences and have a deep inner wisdom and neutrality. Seemingly negative or stressful events are just an opportunity to dive deeper into the stillness and peace and open to abundance.

There is this glorious sense of openness, expansion, feeling safe and fulfilled on all levels.

We can let go of hope and needing things to be a certain way to be happy, to knowing that all is well, things are happening for us, to grow and free ourselves from the shackles of the past.
