I've been working a slightly different way over the last few weeks. Where time permits and whilst this beautiful weather lasts, I have found myself drawn to working beside the sea. If you saw England's triumph over Colombia last night, you might have heard Gareth Southgate say post-match: 'We had the resilience and belief to get over the line, whatever it would take.' Resilience means 'the capacity to recover quickly from difficulties' and never was this more evident than when England found themselves behind in the penalty shootout! In congratulating England on their victory last night, we thought we would remind you once again of our Resiliency modules: Building Personal Resiliency, Managing Team Resilience and Resilience, Health and Wellbeing. We wish England continued success at the weekend!

What is personal resilience? The ability to adapt well in the face of adversity, trauma, tragedy, threats, and from sources of stress such as work pressures, health, family or relationship problems. Our Building Personal Resilience course can help you manage your life to become more personally resilient in general.

Our Story

Our model is based on our extensive experience and knowledge of what works in organisations. We design a programme (or one off intervention if that is what is required) based on organisational, team and individual needs.

We scope your requirements with you to understand what is required for your training experience. From here we plan, design and finally deliver the training.

It doesn’t stop here! After a full evaluation has taken place, our unique approach will then offer 1-1 coaching at agreed intervals to coach learners on how they are activating their learning into practice. This can be done face to face, on the phone or via Skype.

Following on from this we offer a session to show how you can create a successful Action Learning Set. This will be with your trainer facilitating and demonstrating how working as a group you can coach and problem solve to ensure positive solutions and embed the learning you have experienced.
