I've been working a slightly different way over the last few weeks. Where time permits and whilst this beautiful weather lasts, I have found myself drawn to working beside the sea. If you saw England's triumph over Colombia last night, you might have heard Gareth Southgate say post-match: 'We had the resilience and belief to get over the line, whatever it would take.' Resilience means 'the capacity to recover quickly from difficulties' and never was this more evident than when England found themselves behind in the penalty shootout! In congratulating England on their victory last night, we thought we would remind you once again of our Resiliency modules: Building Personal Resiliency, Managing Team Resilience and Resilience, Health and Wellbeing. We wish England continued success at the weekend!
