As another wonderful school year comes to an end, our hearts are full. 💛

Thank you so much to all our amazing families for the beautiful cards, thoughtful gifts, lovely chocolates, and the wine (very much appreciated! 🍾😉). Your kindness means more than you know.

This has been such a special year for Little Bees as we celebrated our 10th anniversary, moved into our wonderful new Little Bees home, welcomed The Hive to its new after-school club venue, and were lucky enough to have our fantastic new assistants join the team. We couldn’t have done it without your trust and support.

Beth and I feel incredibly grateful to have shared another year with such wonderful children and families. To our preschoolers and Year 6s moving on to their next adventures, we will miss you so much—but this isn’t goodbye. Please do stay in touch and let us know how you’re getting on.

Have the most amazing, well-deserved summer holiday, make lots of happy memories, and we’ll look forward to seeing many of you again in September. 🐝❤️

🐝 ☔️ We may not be having the summer weather we were hoping for, but that certainly hasn’t stopped our adventures! ☔ 🐝

Outdoor play isn’t just for sunny days – rainy weather helps children build resilience, develop their curiosity, and learn about the changing seasons and weather. Sometimes the best memories are made when we put on our waterproofs and make the most of whatever the weather brings!

But please… we are ready for some sunshine now!

🐝 Today at Bradshaw Lodge we enjoyed a wonderful intergenerational sensory session with our Little Bees 🐝

The room was filled with smiles, laughter, and lots of garden-themed musical fun!

🐝 Park fun! 🌳✨

Today we took our Little Bees to the park and they had the best time on the roundabout! Lots of giggles, teamwork, and taking turns as they spun each other around. It was lovely to see their confidence grow as they held on tight and encouraged one another being ‘bad minions’ or ‘sea krakens’!

Fresh air, happy faces, and plenty of energy burned—what more could we ask for? 💚
