🏃‍♀️ SUPPORT CLAIRE IN THE GREAT SOUTH RUN! 💙

We’re incredibly proud of Claire, a Secondary Maths teacher at St Anthony’s Special School and a parent in our school community, who is taking on the Great South Run this October to raise money for Friends of St Anthony’s School (FoStA)! 🎉

Claire is taking on this challenge to help raise vital funds that will go directly back into supporting the children at St Anthony’s — helping us provide activities, experiences and resources that make a real difference to our pupils. 💙

Every donation, no matter how small, will help Claire reach her fundraising goal and support the wonderful work FoStA does for our school. 🙏

🏃‍♀️ Please show Claire your support and donate if you can!

💙 Thank you, Claire, for taking on this amazing challenge for FoStA! We’ll be cheering you on every step of the way! 👏

A few weeks ago, we were delighted to welcome Bryony Thomson to our Infant classrooms as part of Bookfest 2026, funded by FoStA.

Bryony read her wonderful book, The Wardrobe Monster, and inspired the children to create and draw monsters of their own. The pupils thoroughly enjoyed listening to the story and getting creative with their drawings.

To make the visit even more special, every child took home a copy of The Wardrobe Monster to enjoy with their families.

It was a lovely morning, and we would like to thank Bryony for taking the time to visit us and share her story with our children.
