Rachael and Megan are looking for Early Years Practitioners to join our growing Teddy Wilf’s family! Teddy Wilf’s Nurseries now operates across 5 sites, and we are looking for dedicated, enthusiastic and passionate Practitioners to join our growing team.
We have Under 2’s, Pre-School and Room Leader positions for qualified Level 3 early years practitioners ranging from 32 hours per week term time only (Parklands) to 42.5 – 45 hours per week all year (Westgate, Tangmere and Shopwyke).
To work for Teddy Wilf’s Nurseries, you must be passionate about supporting children and their families, give amazing cuddles, want to make a difference and work as part of a tight knit team.
But in return we provide all staff with streamlined key worker paperwork to make sure you spend as much time with the children as possible, non-contact time so work stays at work, and you can switch off when you go home, an additional Annual Leave Day for your Birthday, 2 full weeks off at Christmas, a Holiday Loyalty Scheme and milestone awards for long service, 2 employee events per year which are fully paid for and an employee assistance programme so there is always someone at the end of the phone when you need it.
