Rachael and Megan are looking for Early Years Practitioners to join our growing Teddy Wilf’s family! Teddy Wilf’s Nurseries now operates across 5 sites, and we are looking for dedicated, enthusiastic and passionate Practitioners to join our growing team.

We have Under 2’s, Pre-School and Room Leader positions for qualified Level 3 early years practitioners ranging from 32 hours per week term time only (Parklands) to 42.5 – 45 hours per week all year (Westgate, Tangmere and Shopwyke).

To work for Teddy Wilf’s Nurseries, you must be passionate about supporting children and their families, give amazing cuddles, want to make a difference and work as part of a tight knit team.

But in return we provide all staff with streamlined key worker paperwork to make sure you spend as much time with the children as possible, non-contact time so work stays at work, and you can switch off when you go home, an additional Annual Leave Day for your Birthday, 2 full weeks off at Christmas, a Holiday Loyalty Scheme and milestone awards for long service, 2 employee events per year which are fully paid for and an employee assistance programme so there is always someone at the end of the phone when you need it.

Are you looking for a small, flexible and affordable family run nursery in the heart of East Witterings? Then we’re thrilled to announce that Teddy Wilf’s @ Witterings have spaces from January 2025 and beyond!

We are open from 8:30am – 3:30pm, Monday to Friday, term time only and can welcome up to 30 children per session. Open to children aged 2 – 4 years old, we accept all Government Funding, and our fee structure means that families can customise their bookings to meet their needs.

· Enjoys singing and dancing with groups of children (even if it’s not in tune!),
· Is an expert in negotiating and sharing
· Can think on their feet and answer obscure questions (or be ready to Google the answer!)
· Is ready and willing to help us make a difference in children’s lives.

🎉🎊 We are VERY excited to announce that Ofsted have been out to meet our incredible Witterings Team this morning and they have given us approval to open on Monday 15th April 2024! 🎊🎉
