Graduating intros - Latifa Umar
My work fuses sculpture, textiles and screen printing, and layering graffiti-style typography with African wax-print patterns. It navigates themes of identity, heritage, and urban expression that reflect my African heritage and my childhood in Southern and Northern Ireland. The interplay of colour, texture, and text creates a dynamic, visually arresting narrative.

Graduating intros - Terry Siu

My work addresses political and social themes relating to global politics, encouraging viewers to reflect on shifting perspectives and societal dynamics; Deng Xiaoping and Margaret Thatcher, Trump and Putin I blend contemporary realism with childish cartoon styles, using humour, symbolism, and expression to combat anxiety about loss of freedoms.

Graduating intros - Evan Mumby

My installation encourages hands-on play, allowing viewers to connect with it through touch. I combine repurposed materials with objects I design digitally, leading to traditional production processes such as press-moulding and crochet. My work is driven by a passion for bird conservation and exploring human impact on the environment.
