What if your baby stopped breathing right now — would you know exactly what to do?
Most parents freeze. Not because they don't love their child enough. Because no one ever showed them how.

This isn't your average parent first aid course. This is what to do when the sh*t hits the fan first aid.

I'm a mum of 2 and a paramedic, and I built this because I never want another parent to feel as helpless as I've seen too many feel in the back of my ambulance.

Try the course on for size with a free mini-series — a sneak peek into CPR for babies & children, made for parents who don't have hours to spare.

✅ Watch while the kettle boils or the baby naps
✅ Bite-sized, jargon-free videos
✅ Easy to remember when it actually matters
Don't wait until you need it.

See you on the inside!

Free Baby & Child CPR Course | Project CPR — Project CPR 30/06/2026

Hey babes,
I have to tell you about my friend Kelly.
A few weeks ago she was home making pasta, totally normal Tuesday evening, when she heard shouting next door. Not normal shouting. The kind that makes you put the spoon down.
She went to check.
Her neighbours were standing in the garden holding their little girl. Limp. Lifeless. Two parents completely frozen in the worst moment of their lives.
Kelly didn't freeze.
She knew straight away what was happening. Started CPR, gave rescue breaths, got the parents to call 999 while she worked, kept going till the ambulance took over.
That little girl is alive today because of her.
Kelly told me about it almost a week later, dead casual, like she was telling me about her food shop. I just kept thinking — she'd saved a child's life and was acting like it was nothing.
But that's the bit that gets me. Kelly's not medical, she's just a mum. She'd done a free baby and child CPR course a while back (the one I run) and never thought about it again until the night she suddenly really, really needed it.
I think about her a lot. Not because what she did was extraordinary, but because it wasn't — any of us could be her. We just have to actually know how.
If anyone wants the free mini-series, just shout, I'll pop the link below. 💙

Emma did what another mum couldn't do.
Not because she didn't care,
Because she had never been shown what to do.

The mum who stepped in knew exactly how to respond

And that knowledge saved a life.

That's the thing about emergencies.

You don't rise to the occasion.

You fall back on what you already know.

Our mission is for every parent to grow from worried to ready.

Most parents think they'll somehow know what to do in an emergency.

Panic doesn't unlock knowledge, it forces us to use what's already there.

As a paramedic I've seen this but as a mum I understand why we put it off.

The parents who stay calm aren't superhuman.
They're prepared.

That's exactly why I created Panic to Prepared: Online First Aid for Busy Parents

No fluff
No jargon
Just practical first aid for Busy families.

Because no parent should ever feel helpless when their child needs them most.
