Welcome to my tutoring page!
I am Jack Jamieson, a 26 year old Mechanical Engineer from Chichester. I have been tutoring students maths at all levels from KS2 to GCSE for three years alongside a full time job. My passion for teaching and providing the best possible learning environment for my students is something I am very proud of.

I went to Seaford College from year 7 to 6th form, where I was made head boy. I have an undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering (BEng) from University of Hull (1st) and a Masters in Advanced Mechanical Engineering (MSc) from University of Leeds (Distinction).

How it works
Get in contact to discuss your child’s level and requirements and we can book in a free student assessment call. After this, lessons are an hour long. Lessons can be in person or online using an interactive teaching software. I am available to contact in between lessons to update you on your child’s progress and what topics they want to cover in the next session. I aim to cover 2/3 topics in depth per hour using a selection of past paper questions and exercises, whichever your child prefers. If requested, I can give the student homework to complete in between lessons.

Exam season
As exam season is approaching, I can offer crash courses with lessons closely packed to cover as much material as possible to build their understanding and confidence.

Cancellation policy
I am flexible with lesson times, however, if a session is cancelled within 24hrs of starting, half lesson fee will be charged.
