“No Moping, no Mardying
The reaction I got from all throughout was nothing but top drawer
The physical effort was 💯 from everybody, the mental character to fight to the very end was outstanding
Unfortunately in the application we was second best today, Messages that we have been trying to reiterate over the previous weeks probably have been getting lost in the games we are winning!
We learn more from defeat than the wins”💪
🏆 MVP
Starman ⭐ …Josh
Second half in particular was at the forefront of everything attacking wise, getting on the end of crosses or driving at the defence, had it not been for an horrendous miss by the ref you would have won the penalty!
What I’m more proud of today from him is controlling his emotions the way he did and after a little reset off the pitch went back on and gave everything 🙌

“Really pleased with the performance today. We set the lads clear expectations around our work rate, attitude and how we wanted to play, and I was really impressed with how well they took that on board. At 2-2 we showed a fantastic reaction, got stronger as the game went on and fully deserved the win. Still plenty for us to improve and build on, but a really positive team performance with some excellent individual displays as well.
⭐️ MVP - Logan
Several players could have received it today, but Logan gets my MOTM.
He executed his role brilliantly, giving us excellent cover and balance, protecting the defence and constantly picking up good positions to break up play, collect second balls, regain control and get us playing forwards again.
It's a role that doesn't always grab the headlines, but it's massively important to the team. His work rate and attitude were top class as well”👏
