Private, personal reading and writing tuition for children ages 4 - 11 in Chesterfield and North Derbyshire
Are you concerned about your child's progress in reading or writing at school ? Do you want your child to be more successful, happy and confident in literacy ? If so, I can help ! I am a fully qualified "Reading Recovery" tutor with over 5 years' experience in creating versatile one-to-one lessons for children needing to accelerate progress in literacy. In addition, I have 16+ years' experience teaching in local primary schools. I offer friendly, personal, individualised tuition in Key Stage One and Two (KS1 and KS2) for children needing help with basic literary skills. My initial assessment will allow me to ascertain where your child is at present and I will then design and build a tuition programme specifically to suit his or her needs and requirements. I will deliver tuition in your home if preferred, although tuition without the distractions of the home environment may be more suitable for some children.
