Wow what a fun packed first week of the Easter break.
Clumber park, hardwick hall, Twycross zoo, feeding a friends chickens and an Easter hunt at the old vicarage care home.
Lots of very happy and sometimes muddy little people.

This week we have been thinking about our mummy's. We have made mothers day cards and each child picked what to put on their card, they then decorated plant pots and picked what seeds thry wanted to plant. They picked a bag and gift tag and they made some paper flowers to put in the pots too.
Lots of decision making and some lovely art work.

Happy mothers day to all our wonderful mummies.

This week we have celebrated world book day. We read dr Seuss books on Monday, dressed up to visit rhw vicarage care home and had a sensory tray for going on a bear hunt.

Don't forget to use your book vouchers everyone. Reading and having a love of books is a great life skill

Today we went to the LEVEL centre to see olivers picture hanging in the gallery. What an honour.
Please go and visit it over the summer, there are some amazing works of art by some very talented people.

Today we visited level centre at rowsley. What a fantastic place. The children all enjoyed colouring in the pictures and then scanning their art work and seeing it appear on the wall within the nature scene.
The hour went so fast.

This week has been fun of fun days out, which including finding water from puddles to pools, Alice in Wonderland and climbing.

That's the first week of the summer over.
We have had some great days out and a theme Friday of under the sea today.

Well the Easter holidays are over, but what a week we had last week.
Lots of days out, new families joining us, and many adventures to remember.
We are back to school today and hopefully slip back into our routine again.
