Little Marvels Childcare

Well today is a day I've been dreading. I had to say goodbye to 5 children that leave me for secondary school. I have only ever had 1 or 2 go up in one year before. So I decided we'd have an evening out together... As much for me as for them. I don't usually do this but with so many going I felt I wanted to do something.

I have had them all for differing lengths of time from less than a year to nearly 11 years!

They will all leave a big hole in my setting and I will greatly miss every one of them but wish them all the best at secondary and in their future.

A lot of tears have been shed amongst us this evening, especially from me! 😭

Some lovely gifts received too which is not expected but lovely to receive and make me feel so appreciated.

What else is there to do on a hot day??

We'll be inside this afternoon though as far too hot for little ones to be outside!

Just wish the baby goats had come over to see us but they didn't! They looked so cute playing in distance.

Update on my setting and availability...
Things are going well with my husband joining me as my assistant but we have made the decision following a change in numbers of children from January that he will just be working with me Tue-Thu freeing him up for other work on a Monday.

So this means I have no space for Early Years on a Monday for the foreseeable. Spaces may be available Tue-Thu but are limited.

I currently have plenty of space for school kids before school Mon-Fri and limited space after school Mon-Thu.
