What a fantastic idea💡 ✨ This will be so beneficial to the Chesterfield community - especially during a cost of living crisis! We love to see more sustainable practice in our local area 🌎♻️

I didn't think that I would be starting the term with my first Ofsted inspection but then the life of a childminder is always full of surprises 😅

For the last few weeks I have been focusing on helping the children settle back into our routine after the summer break. Supporting new toileting skills, new friendships and navigating the changing season!

On Wednesday last week I got my phone call from Ofsted to let me know that I would be receiving an inspection. As you can imagine, I was sick with nerves but after my scheduled walk-through phone call with my inspector I felt much more reassured, confident and prepared.
The inspection took place yesterday and I can honestly say that it was HARD but a really positive day.

My inspector was incredibly supportive and reassuring whilst remaining professional and fair. The Nestlings were their beautiful little selves and I can honestly say I've never been prouder ✨ I am so pleased with the outcomes of our inspection and proud that my effort, attitude and dedication to childrens early years experiences shines through the Nestlings ✨

I can't wait to share my report once it's published and continue improving my practice everyday 🫶🏼
