😁BVPS PARENTS 😁

With less than a week left of the school summer holidays. We hope you have had a great break and made lots of memories with family and friends.

We will be welcoming all the children back on Tuesday 8th September along with some new Nursery and reception children to start their wonderful journey at Bramley Vale Primary School.

We wish all the year 6 leavers all the luck in their new schools, strive for greatness and never forget where your journey started

If you can spare a bit of time each term, the friends of BVPS are always looking for new recruits to help with events and they will be starting plans on the Christmas fair, which is always one of our biggest fundraisers.
Just pop into the office on a Friday and talk to Zoe.

☺️Don’t forget to book lunches and wrap around clubs in advance on Arbor please.

☺️This terms Friday treat will be hot dogs. These will be available to book on Arbor from Tuesday afternoon

☺️School calendars and PE schedules will be emailed before the start of term. Don’t forget swimming is now on a Wednesday not a Friday

Enjoy the last week of the holidays and we’ll see you all soon, bright eyed and ready to learn 😁

The day has come where we say goodbye to our year 6s.
What a journey it has been for them.
From starting school in a worldwide pandemic to leaving with so much strength and resilience.
We wish all of them huge success in their next big adventure.
Be proud of yourself and how far you have all come.

We will see all the other children back in September along with a group of new children ready to start their very first journey with us.

Take care of each other and have a brilliant summer.
Make as many core memories as you can and be safe.

If you have children in school it’s worth checking if your child will now qualify for free school meals.

https://www.facebook.com/share/1EYYNdp482/

📢 From September 2026, free school meals are expanding.

👩‍👩‍👧‍👦 All children in households on Universal Credit, regardless of income, will be eligible.

🍽️ These changes aim to give more families the support they need to ensure children get a healthy meal at school.

Friday is Rainbow Day when children can wear their own style 🌈🌈🌈

🛑Unfortunately due to safety we have a no Crocs or flip flops policy and no jewellery 🛑

The forecast looks like it’s going to be hot again towards the end of the week so send plenty to drink and children can come in PE kits with caps/hats to stay cool 😎
