Designer Contracts Welcome to the official Designer Contracts page. Supplying and installing nationwide, we are the UK’s largest flooring contractor.

We are a progressive company with an extensive product portfolio of floorcoverings, furnishings and design services, backed by a commitment to provide exceptional customer service through our unique network of 13 regional offices. We have many years’ experience supplying and installing floorcoverings and we actively work with New Build, Housing Associations, Care homes, Education and other public sector organisations. We are also a nominated supplier on a number of EU compliant frameworks including PfH and CPC

Our national distribution centre holds over £3m worth of stock. This allows us to keep our prices at very competitive levels and have consistent availability across our entire range of carpet, vinyl, carpet tiles, laminate, safety flooring, vinyl tiles and wood. Our expertise extends beyond flooring with an industry leading in-house curtain making facility and a highly experienced showhome team. Our design credentials are strengthened further with the availability of furniture and lighting packs to suit all tastes and budgets.

What goes into fitting our floors?

Our fitters make laying flooring look simple - but there’s a great deal of skill involved in fitting carpet to make it stand the test of time whilst looking flawless.

From making sure the subfloor is perfectly prepared - clean, level, and moisture-free - to carefully planning precise measurements for a seamless finish, every step matters.

A huge congratulations to two of our North East team members, Chelsey and Dan, who both completed the Great North Run earlier this month!

Not only did they take on the challenge themselves, but they did it while raising an incredible amount of money for two very important causes.

Chelsey raised an amazing £610 for Maggies Centre
Dan raised an incredible £670 for Diabetes UK.

That’s a fantastic £1280 raised between them for two brilliant charities. 🙌
We’re incredibly proud of them both. The commitment, determination and hard work that goes into completing the Great North Run is no small thing – and doing it for such worthwhile causes makes it even more special.

Well done Chelsey and Dan – absolutely smashed it!!🥇
