Year 5 and 6 are having a great day out at the Brownlee Triathlon today! The staff have been in touch to say they have been brilliant and supported each other - well done! 🚲🏊🏃

We warmly invite our parents / carers to our 'OPAL Play Afternoon' to celebrate the International Day of Play on Thursday 11th June. Please see ParentMail for all of the details!

There is a small cost of entry of 1 x OPAL donation per family! Donations such as a saucepan, a wooden spoon, a garden chair, a toy car, a plant pot etc. are some examples of what we will be accepting!

We would greatly welcome any donations of plants, flowers or garden items and families are welcome to get gardening too!

We regret to inform you that Sports Day, rescheduled for Tuesday 2nd June, has unfortunately been postponed due to the current rain and forecast of poor weather.
As the rain has held out for most of the day, we were hoping to be able to continue, but as the forecast now includes storms on some weather apps, it is in the interest of Health and Safety that we sadly have to postpone again.
The event will now take place on Monday 20th July, in the final week of term.
As tomorrow will now be a typical school day, children should be in their school uniform and school shoes as normal.
Hopefully, it will be third time lucky!

A great sporting event yesterday at the English Institute of Sport Sheffield, with new experiences for so many of our wonderful pupils!

We regret to inform you that Sports Day, originally scheduled for Thursday 21st May, has unfortunately been postponed due to the forecast of poor weather.

The event will now take place on Tuesday 2nd June 2026.

Please note that all timings and arrangements will remain exactly the same, and we look forward to welcoming you then for a fun and active day.

Please dress for the weather tomorrow for your trip, if it is anything like today, that might mean coats as well as sun cream!
