Yesterday we were treated to an amazing performance in the afternoon! 🎭

M&M Productions came to school and performed an adaptation of the classic novel ‘The Secret Garden’. The children loved it and even some of our youngest children were captivated by the story and characters.

Years 5 & 6 were also lucky enough to have a workshop with the company following the performance.

We loved it so much we are inviting M&M to come back and join us again in the summer, so stay tuned to see what they perform for us next!

As part of our harvest festival tomorrow, we will be making a donation to the local foodbank.

The foodbank relies heavily on donations to be able to support many families locally.

So grab that tin from the back of the cupboard, that packet of pasta that you haven’t eaten, the tin of sweetcorn you meant to use last week - and please send it into school tomorrow for our harvest collection 🙏

1 item per child could mean a donation of 240 items minimum! Imagine the impact we could make 🤎

What a lovely evening we have had with our fantastic EYFS children and families.

Thankyou to everyone who came to our bedtime story event, and our wonderful staff who donned their PJs and were very busy making and serving the yummiest hot chocolate 😋

We hope your little ones are all fast asleep, dreaming about dragons, penguin pigs, robbers and billy goats 💤
