Celebrating Lincoln's Birthday 🥳

We had lots of fun dancing, playing with balloons and enjoying our caterpillar cake 🎂 for our friend Lincoln's birthday.

The little monsters have enjoyed making marks using the chunky wax crayons.

Using their fine manipulative skills to make lots of marks on their paper.

Playing in the rain ☔

We have been enjoying playing outdoors in the rain 🌧️ jumping in puddles 💦 catching rain, using it in the mud kitchen and lots more.

Autumn colours printing

The little monsters have been exploring Autumn colours with paints and printing.

We enjoyed getting stuck in exploring with our hands and fingers. Making lots of beautiful marks mixing all the colours.

Making Gingerbread

We have been reading one of our favourite stories The Gingerbread man.

We then baked our own gingerbread weighing, measuring, mixing, kneading and rolling out the dough.

After baking them in the oven we decorated them with icing and smarties. 😋

Soapy foam and sea animals 🫧🐳🐠

The children had lots of fun exploring and playing with this sensory activity.

We have been discussing all the different types of homes that we live in.

We then designed our own homes that we're going to build.

Wow 🤩 we had the bestest time at our Little Monsters beach day.
