The ARC childcare

Due to the extremely hot weather forecast over the next couple of days can we please remind you to provide a hat and Suncream for your child/children.
Also as we will be playing with water outside a spare set of clothes would be great 😊 Thursday afternoon its likely going to be too hot to play outside and we may have to hide away in the hall out of the heat.

Wow what a busy summer we have ahead 😁
This last week of term the Arc team are going to be busy planning and making sure everything is ready for all of the children attending.
With this in mind can all new families please return registration forms as soon as possible please if you haven't already done so.

Also we always have a lot of clothing, hats and water bottles left behind every holiday club, so if you can label your child's belongings, that will help us return them to you. 😊

📢 IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Please be reminded that bookings for holiday club are only confirmed when the deposit is received.
We have recently had a lot of dates sent to us for the summer holidays but then deposits not paid, this confuses the booking system we have and potential mistakes could be made regarding ratios.
With this in mind we will now be implementing a 24 hour policy for deposit payments, if not received during this time you will need to contact us again to see if the required spaces are still available.
If you pay via tax free please only send your dates through if you know the payment will clear within 24hrs.

Holiday club starts tomorrow and its going to be a very warm week 🌞
Please make sure your children have sun cream on before arrival and named sun cream bottle for reapplying.
Hats and sensible shoes for outdoor play please and also a change of clothing for water play.
